When the shipment is carried out, you will be informed by email and you will be given the shipment number and a link so you can trace it on the web site www.ups.com
If you need any assistance, you can contact UPS directly by calling their toll-free number or you can contact our Customer Care directly to seek the necessary information. We will contact the carrier in order for you to have your items as soon as possible.
You may receive your parcel wherever you want, provided that, during the time of your purchase, you have specified the address where you want to receive your parcel.

The first delivery attempt of the carrier is carried out without any phone notice. If the carrier does not find anybody at the indicated address, he will leave a notice with all the information so that you can contact the TNT service and agree to a second delivery. In order to avoid any delay, please make sure that your name is clearly visible on your doorbell or clearly write the name of the person who will handle the parcel in the event that the delivery is carried out to a company. Steve&Co.’s Customer Care will constantly monitor the shipment until its delivery and will contact you in the event of any problem or difficulty.
UPS EXPRESS SAVER
The fastest and safest way to receive your shipping. This service guarantees the delivery of your shipment within maximum two working days from your order confirmation.

Steve&Co. guarantees the execution of the orders with a maximum of 24 hours from the order receipt. In the event of a delay not caused by Steve & Co. (such as bad weather conditions, unscheduled strikes, lack of services), we will not be responsible for any possible discomfort occurred.
