Before purchasing a garment from our web store, you must register and create a personal account. You can fill out the registration form by following this link. Only a few minutes will be necessary to enter your data and specify the address where you want to receive the ordered products. The account is strictly personal and you will be able to enter your "Account home" only by means of your personal password. At the end of the registration procedure, you will receive a confirmation email with all your access data.

You will be able to modify your personal data, enter an unlimited number of shipping addresses, check the processing status of your order and control the status of your shipment from the control panel. Everything you see at our web store is in stock. By selecting the garment you prefer and entering its specific chart, you will see if the size and colour you have chosen are available. Each garment is made and sent in tailor-made boxes that are created to keep our products in perfect condition.

To purchase a product, you will have to select it from the catalogue and enter the specific product card. After checking the availability of the size and colour, add it to your “shopping cart”. Now you can continue navigating in the site to choose other garments or carry out the payment. We want to remind that you can buy as many products as you want and that the available quantity can always be checked from the shopping cart. If you want to buy more products of the same type, some words will be displayed in the shopping cart.

Before confirming the order, you can eliminate one or more products from the shopping cart by clicking the “Cancel” key. The total amount will be recalculated automatically.

To complete an order, you will have to follow all the purchasing phases. After confirming the content of your shopping cart, a page will be displayed where you will have to confirm the shipment address and the payment method. Please read the page payments and security to know all the payment methods accepted by Steve & Co. After successfully completing the procedure, you will receive a confirmation email at your email address that will also display your order in detail.

Enter your reserved area to check the status of your order. If you want to replace an item, you can send your request to customercare@steveandco.com until the order is “being processed”. After the order is executed and shipped, it will no longer be possible to modify it.

All the orders arrived from Monday to Friday by 12 noon will be sent the same working day. All the orders arriving from Monday to Thursday after 12 noon will be sent the following day. The orders arriving on Friday after 12 noon will be sent the following Monday. In the event of bank holidays, the order will be executed the first working day.
The Customer Care service will inform you of any delays in the event of problems not caused by the personnel of Steve & Co.
