From this page, you will have all necessary information to return an item in the event that you don’t like it or it doesn’t satisfy your expectations. Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item within 10 working days from the moment in which you receive it (the working days will start to be calculated from the moment the item is delivered). The products will have to be given to UPS carrier within 10 working days of the receipt date, after having communicated your intentions of returning one or more items to our Customer Care service. Our after-sales manager will contact you and provide you with all the necessary information in order to send the items to our head office, helping you out as much as possible and dealing with the carrier according to your needs.


Return Policy Conditions

To return items, follow these easy conditions so that the order amount paid can be reimbursed to you:

  • Inform us of your intention to return an item by the tenth working day from the date of delivery. If the communication is not provided by this time, your request will not be considered.
  • Send the products in one parcel and possibly in their original box. We will not accept returns relevant to the same order but sent at two different times.
  • Send the items and do not use or damage them.
  • Return the items together with the guarantee seal . Therefore, if you want to try an item, do not remove the guarantee seal: the returned items without this seal will not be accepted.

If you follow the above-listed conditions, Steve&Co. will reimburse you the total amount of the purchased items returned. The shipment of the returns is free if you decide to contact us and use UPS. If you decide to use another carrier, the shipment expenses will be your responsibility.

 

Non-acceptance of Steve&Co. returns

In the event that the above-listed conditions are not followed, or if the returned items are damaged or used, Steve&Co. reserves the right not to accept them. In that case, you can decide to take back the purchased items, but you will pay the shipment expenses. After this shipment, it will not be possible to return the items again.

 

Reimbursement

The reimbursement of the total amount of items will be carried out within 30 days from the item receipt date. The reimbursement time will vary according to the payment method you have used and precisely as follows:

  • Credit card: technical time to be reimbursed depends on the Credit Institute that issued your card. However, the date of the re-crediting value will not change as regards the debit date. As soon as the reimbursement is carried out, we will send you communication via email.
  • Paypal: the reimbursement will be carried out directly to your Paypal account and will be visible immediately, Paypal will send you communication of the reimbursement and later our Customer Care service will contact you by email .
  • Bank transfer: in this case, you will be contacted by our Customer Care service, which will ask you for your bank data to carry out the credit of the paid amount. The technical time to be credited the amount on your current account depends on the procedures of your bank.

 

Shipment methods

All returns can be returned through UPS. It's sufficient to contact our Customer Care Service: you will receive in a few minutes an electronic AWB on your e-mail account. After that, all you need to do is call UPS in your country in order to schedule a pick up when you prefer. The carrier will come and collect the parcel without you paying the shipment expenses.

We remind you that, if you decide to use a carrier different from UPS, the shipment expenses will be charged to you and you will be also responsible for the possible loss or damage of the products themselves.
