From this page, you will have all necessary information to return an item in the event that you don’t like it or it doesn’t satisfy your expectations. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item within 10 working days from the moment in which you receive it (the working days will start to be calculated from the moment the item is delivered). The products will have to be given to UPS carrier within 10 working days of the receipt date, after having communicated your intentions of returning one or more items to our Customer Care service. Our after-sales manager will contact you and provide you with all the necessary information in order to send the items to our head office, helping you out as much as possible and dealing with the carrier according to your needs.

If you follow the above-listed conditions, Steve&Co. will reimburse you the total amount of the purchased items returned. The shipment of the returns is free if you decide to contact us and use UPS. If you decide to use another carrier, the shipment expenses will be your responsibility.
In the event that the above-listed conditions are not followed, or if the returned items are damaged or used, Steve&Co. reserves the right not to accept them. In that case, you can decide to take back the purchased items, but you will pay the shipment expenses. After this shipment, it will not be possible to return the items again.
The reimbursement of the total amount of items will be carried out within 30 days from the item receipt date. The reimbursement time will vary according to the payment method you have used and precisely as follows:
All returns can be returned through UPS. It's sufficient to contact our Customer Care Service: you will receive in a few minutes an electronic AWB on your e-mail account. After that, all you need to do is call UPS in your country in order to schedule a pick up when you prefer. The carrier will come and collect the parcel without you paying the shipment expenses.
We remind you that, if you decide to use a carrier different from UPS, the shipment expenses will be charged to you and you will be also responsible for the possible loss or damage of the products themselves.
