Panic! at the Disco is an American pop punk duo, formed in Las Vegas in 2005, and with an original and smart style.
Music critics named a number of different genres to describe Panic! at the Disco’s music, including emo, pop punk, electro, vaudeville, and baroque pop: these labels were more of a reflection of the band’s work on A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out, as the stylistic shift on Pretty. Odd. made many of these claims insignificant.
The band, that released their third album, entitled Vices & Virtues, on March 2011, has also a great sense of style: so they often wear skinny pants, shirts with a lot of stylish details as braces, bow ties and belts…
Anything else? A lot of dark make-up!

2. Shop suspenders

Gordon Gekko is the seductive and powerful character interpreted by Michael Douglas in the famous movie Wall Street: he played Gekko to perfection and won an Oscar for his performance.
Gekko wore his hair slicked back, mixed patterns and colours with contrasting collars, horizontal striped shirts and a lot of stylish details: silk pocket squares and always braces.
The look became so fashionable and “The Gekko”, as it was called, was extensively copied and launched a new language of power-dressing for men in finance, who had previously just worn traditional suits…

Few days ago we’ve asked you what is your favourite Music Style Icon and your answer has been: David Bowie!
David Bowie is not only a simple ‘style icon’, cause he has been an icon in style for so long that he now serves as an icon for other style icons, which gives him a heightened status.
Bowie’s various looks are all part of his wider view of art, theatre, culture and, first of all, he wasn’t be afraid to try something new.
He used to wear slim suits, better if in white color, and a lot of refined details such as untied bow tie, braces and, why not, even a belt in the same outfit.
But the most important thing to remember about his style is: David Bowie always wore the clothes – they never wore him.

The iconic Isle of Wight Festival went on air from Friday 11th to Sunday 13th June and hosted international superstars including Foo Fighters, The Strokes, Blondie, Iggy Pop, Kasabian, the return of Pulp and many more…
The Festival is also a very refined window on rock&roll style and is a great occasion to find out what’s ‘in’.
If you want to get the Isle of Wight Style, don’t forget a scarf or a checked foulard, a braided leather belt o (if you want to dare) braces and most of the work is done.
The last suggestion: don’t miss an hat or do not brushing you hair, if you prefer!
